Troubleshoot Package

This package includes a 75 minute Zoom consultation with a follow-up call to support progress towards your sleep goals. The consultations are taken over a two week period and are accompanied by two PDF sleep e-guides and email support.
Snooze Package

This package includes a 75 minute Zoom consultation with three follow-up calls to support progress towards your sleep goals over a four week period. Also included is a pre-consultation questionnaire, a clarity call and three PDF e-guides from my sleep shop.
Dream Package

This package is for those seeking 121 support for more than two sleep issues requiring improvement. It includes a pre-consultation questionnaire and clarity call, a 75 minute Zoom consultation along with six follow-up calls to support progress towards your sleep goals over a six week period. This package provides access to e-guides from my sleep shop. Email consultation is also included with an option to add sibling support at no further cost.
